I do not accept walk-ins, I see clients by appointment only.
Your appointment(s) are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all of my clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment(s). Your service(s) begins at the time scheduled, but I do have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive during or after your grace period, keep in mind your appointment(s) may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.
I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment(s) without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the service(s) are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
* Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. For example, if your appointment is at 10 am on Friday and you cancel at 12 pm on Thursday, a cancellation fee.
* “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
* Appointment(s) made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
* All services must be held with a credit card. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability.
* To ensure the safety and well-being of my customers, I ask clients who are sick, have been sick in the last two weeks, have close family members who are sick, or if you or someone you have come in close contact with were recently tested for COVID-19 & awaiting results to reschedule your appointments to a later date.
* Masks are not required but encouraged.
* Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment if they are not also getting a service.
* Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them before receiving services.
* Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room the entire length of the service.
* Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and cannot be left unattended in the spa.
* Retail item(s) purchased are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. We will gladly Exchange a product if you are not happy with it if it is returned within 10 days of purchase.
* Pre-payment is needed for any retail special orders. No refunds or exchanges on special orders.
